In case of a damaged or incorrect product delivery:
We recommend recording a video while unboxing your parcel and thoroughly inspecting the product during the recording. Stop the video only once you’re fully satisfied with your order.
If you notice any defect, damage, or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue and make it right.
Any item damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. A video is required to qualify for an exchange, and the defect must be clearly visible in the recording.
Once received the parcel stuff the bag with paper or cloth to retain in original position and also while storing bag in Cupboard while it not in us

Clean bag with tissues or alcohol free baby wipes (leather part)
